3 teens injured after early morning accident knocking over fire pole in Phoenix
PHOENIX – Three people were injured in a crash that toppled a sign post in Phoenix early Monday morning.
Phoenix police and firefighters responded to a collision on 15th Avenue and Bethany Home Road on February 14.
Three teenagers were said to have been in the car during the accident. One person was hospitalized with serious injuries, while the other two suffered minor injuries.
In the aftermath of the accident, city employees set up a temporary traffic light in the area.
An accident damages property in the region
The crash damaged the front block wall of Adam Gable’s home.
“The car was very badly damaged,” Gable said. “She blew up the whole fence in the yard.”
Gable and his family have owned the house for six years and they have seen many accidents.
“Since 2016, it’s the 11th,” Gable said.
Gable says he complained to the city about confusing traffic causing people to crash into his wall. He got it, and unfortunately, so did his insurance company.
