Andrew J. Coleman, President and CEO, GE Digital, Aviation Software

Andrew J. Coleman is the Aviation Software Business Leader for General Electric (GE) Digital. In this role, he leads a global team of professionals dedicated to unleashing the power that digital technology can bring to the aerospace industry. GE Digital’s aviation software business supports the aviation community with a wide range of digital applications including flight safety, sustainability, network operations, predictive maintenance, mobile pilot performance, traceability via blockchain, airspace information and aircraft digital transitions.

As a business leader, Andrew has global responsibility for leading a growing business focused on a threefold mission: inventing the future of flight, serving as a ‘wingman’ to both customers and GE, and building a team that gives priority to a culture of service before itself.

Prior to this role, Andrew held sales and sales leadership roles as well as finance, marketing and product management roles for GE, Teradata and NCR (National Cash Register). Throughout his career, Andrew has built a record of profitable growth, entering new markets and employee success.

Andrew holds a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Xavier University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Asbury University, where he now sits on the University’s Board of Trustees. .

Steven Moore, Head of ATM Network Operations Division, EUROCONTROL

Steven joined EUROCONTROL as Head of the ATM Network Operations Division in 2020, working with his team to ensure that delays in the European air traffic network are kept to a minimum while seeking the best possible trajectories. Prior to joining EUROCONTROL, Steven served as Deputy Managing Director of the Swanwick Air Traffic Control Center and held various other positions for UK air navigation service provider NATS for 24 years. Steven is an air traffic controller by training.

Murray Adams, Head of Energy Efficiency and Operations, Qantas Group

Murray Adams is the fuel efficiency and operations manager for the Qantas Group. In this role, Murray led the establishment of a centralized function and strategy for energy efficiency across all airlines in the group. Drawing on over fifteen years of experience driving operational efficiency within the Qantas Group. Murray leads a team of world-class subject matter experts and implementation specialists, paired with data scientists and software developers tasked with developing and applying cutting-edge advanced analytics to identify and improve operations and security. Murray has worked with airlines, government agencies and regulators to help create cutting-edge analyzes that support the reduction and reporting of carbon emissions in aviation. Murray is passionate about the role that digital transformation can play in positively changing the environmental footprint of the aerospace industry. Murray is based in Sydney, Australia and holds an Honors BA in Aerospace Engineering.
