Traffic management plan for the Women’s Irish Open at Dromoland

A TRAFFIC management plan is to be put in place for the duration of the upcoming KPMG Women’s Irish Open golf tournament at Dromoland Castle gardaí has ​​confirmed.

The KPMG sponsored Women’s Irish Open golf tournament is due to take place at Dromoland Castle from Thursday 22nd to Sunday 25th September. The Pro-Am event will take place on Wednesday, September 21.

Parking for the event is free and located at the Inn at Dromoland. It is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily and will be staffed by parking attendants.

The public is invited to follow the directional signs of the highway and the indications of Gardaí and parking agents to help them quickly reach the parking lot.

“From there, guests can easily access the golf course. Parking is provided within the grounds of the Inn at Dromoland and we ask all drivers to take advantage of this,” said Crime Prevention Officer Sergeant Triona Brooks.
